Our Competitive members have been very busy this year already at the winter dressage qualifiers. Well done to Helen, Tracy, Kate and Tamsin.
We have been asked to host the Dressage section of the Area 15 Horse Trials at Howick, Chepstow on Sunday 11th July. I'm still needing helpers for the day to write for the judges and to steward the arenas. Please get in touch if you can spare a few hours. We are hoping to send a senior team and have 2 keen juniors who will compete individually if a team is unable to be formed.
The Area show jumping is once again at Allensmore, with classes for novices, intermediate and open horses. This qualifier is for teams and individuals for the Championships at Lincoln. Any interest please call me.
The Summer Rally this year has a new venue. It is being held at Howick Farm, Chepstow on the 17th and 18th July. More details will follow but please let me know if you're interested as places get taken up quickly.
We may run 'Jumping for the Terrified' lessons, possible venue is at English Bicknor with Heather Cummings. Groups of 3 riders at £12 each. Any interest please phone Kay.
